Detailing and cleaning services provided by Elux Detailing are in the range of budget services for what we offer compared to what we charge. In order to have reasonable pricing (way bellow big name detailers) and to deliver service to your address, some conditions have to be met. Also, we hope you do not expect 100% results on vehicles that have been neglected for long periods of time and whose interiors have been either worn out, damaged or put into state that would require intensive all day or several day effort to be returned to "showroom" condition.
We invest a great effort but this service has objective limits.
1)All services can be paid in CASH (preferred), CREDIT CARD ($3.50 convenience fee) and PayPal prepay.
2) ADDRESS INFO: WHEN BOOKING, PLEASE TAKE CARE TO ALSO INCLUDE YOUR ADDRESS!!! MANY CLIENTS LEAVE THE ADDRESS FIELDS BLANK. AFTER ENTERING YOUR PHONE AND EMAIL, BELOW IS A LINK TO THE ADDRESS FIELD.
3)If the temperature outside is 0 Celsius or lower, please start you car 10 min before the appointment and have it running during cleaning to enable best results and prevent soap freezing. After Oct 30 until March 15, due to winter conditions, all services can be booked only if the customer has a garage (with lighting and a working outlet) that can be closed and cleaning can be done inside.
4)Rubber floor mats can be shaken and wiped off, but not completely cleaned because we don't have a pressure washer and water connection available and that is not a part of this service.
5)Extra mats that are not original part of the vehicle shall not be cleaned unless previously arranged for. Extra floor mats are charged $15 sedan, $20 pickup/5 seat SUV and $30 for Minivan/7 seat SUV.
6)Please remove all larger pieces of garbage and your bulky things from the car. Otherwise garbage or things removal can be charged extra 10$. You can leave documents or things in glove box or center console storage box, if you don't need them cleaned.
7)If you do not book extra services like pet hair removal or headliner cleaning, they will not be performed. Sometimes they can be added on site if a significant amount of time is not required and delivering service on time to following client would not be in question.
8)MINIVANS OR 7 SEAT SUV'S REQUIRE SIGNIFICANT TIME AND EFFORT DUE TO THEIR SIZE, EXTRA COMPARTMENTS, COMMONLY POOR STATE, EXCESSIVE DIRT AND STAINING. IF YOUR CAR REQUIRES MORE THAN 3 HOURS TO BE CLEANED, EVERY EXTRA HOUR WILL BE CHARGED $40. IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR CAR FITS DESCRIPTION, BOOK "EXTRA DIRTY" ADD-ON SERVICE TO AVOID PROBLEMS ON SITE. As an example, this refers to very black/heavily stained carpets, multiple heavy stains on seats and floors from spills, candies, food.
9)Child seats can be vacuumed at your request on site, but all other cleaning is not part of this service.
10) Since this is a mobile service and a lot of factors impact our on-time arrival. Traffic conditions, distance from previous client, unexpected issues at customer site, toilet breaks and rare equipment breakdowns all impact our work and can delay arrival. Please allow 30 min flexibility from the time your were booked. We try to be on time, and will notify you of delay whenever possible.
